Enigma HRMS Suite
The Enigma project is a high-performance, modular HRMS ecosystem designed to unify the employee experience and replace fragmented third-party SaaS tools with a bespoke, integrated solution.
- NOTE : Can’t provide Live or Repo link, as this is internal tool accessed by internal employees.
1. Annapurna: Canteen Management
Annapurna digitizes the office dining experience with a real-time, dark-mode optimized interface.

- Current Workflow: Employees browse a digital menu with real-time "Out of Stock" status and can customize orders with specific add-ons.

- Live Tracking: Users monitor order progress through a status bar from "Ordered" to "Delivered," including an estimated preparation time.

- Operational Context: During the initial phase, all meals were provided for free to employees, serving as a primary office utility.
- Future Scope: Planned enhancements include a credit-based token system where the company credits amounts for employee use. The architecture was also designed for potential white-labeling to other companies.
2. Samiksha: Performance Review (v2)
Samiksha v2 represents a complete migration from the original version, combining a sleek, intuitive UI with expanded administrative control.

- Migration Features: Version 2 retained all relevant features from v1 while introducing sophisticated section and assignment management.

- Question Management: Admins can now manage a dynamic question bank and assign specific question sets to various review sections.

- Feedback Loops: The system supports both self-assessment and team review paths, including a search-based peer selection interface.

- Scoring Mastery: Reviewers use a granular scale (e.g., "Outstanding Mastery" vs. "Limited Understanding") to provide nuanced qualitative and quantitative feedback.
3. Management & Asset Allocation
The Management module serves as the central hub for the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to hardware distribution.

- Automated Onboarding: Upon entry, the system generates company email credentials and automatically sends them to the new hire.

- Integrated Profiles: Asset allocation is automatically reflected on employee profile pages, ensuring a real-time record of company hardware.
- Inventory Tracking: The system tracks granular asset details, including maker (e.g., Apple), serial numbers, purchase information, and depreciation values.

4. Digital Notice Board & Policy System
The Policy module acts as a centralized repository to ensure organizational compliance and transparency.

- Content Control: Admins can upload, edit, and distribute policies with integrated PDF support and custom cover imagery.
- Social Profiles: Each employee has a professional profile displaying technical skills (e.g., React.js, Node.js), hobbies, and social links to foster internal networking.

Technical Reflection: Granular Authorization
The backbone of Enigma is a robust Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) system. I developed a UI-driven permission dashboard that allows global administrators to toggle "List," "Add," "Read," and "Write" permissions for every individual module, ensuring sensitive data like payroll or performance reviews remain secure yet accessible to the right stakeholders.
